PS3 firmware 2.1…

Seeing the list of rumored changes to the PS3′s firmware version 2.0 lead me to compile a list for things I would like to see in version 2.1 and beyond.

  • Network browsing
  • Sound settings (the ability to make the sound output to both the HDMI cable and an optical cable)
  • Updated codecs for video (Divx, Xvid, ect…)
  • Display the XMB in game
  • The abilty to change the theme color
