Comcast/BT Part 8: The FCC steps in

It seems as though Comcast’s meddeling with BT has caught the attention of the FCC and has thus started an investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile at CES Comcast promises “a technology that delivers up to 160 megabits of data per second over cable.”

Comcast/BT Part 6: Comcast’s rebuttle

As reported here and around the net about Comcast’s blocking (or at least throttling) BitTorrent/P2P traffic, Comcast finely admits to something. A Comcast executive said the company was not stopping file transfers from happening, only postponing them in certain cases. He compared it to making a phone call and getting a busy signal, then trying again and getting through.
